SYSMAC C60K/OMRON Needs help!

Hello,I am new to plc`s. I have played with AB plc`s(about 1 year)
so i am still wet behind the ears. My problem is a OMRON SYSMAC
C60K-CDR-D plc. I have hunted the web for info about it with little
feedback.
I need to know how to program the plc, what cable`s, can this be
done on a PC, if not what type of device,ect,ect,ect.
Please Help.
