Schematics for S7 MPI cable

could you help me :
I have CPU313C-2DP , I want to connect it to the OP73 by MPI cable .
when I' ve download project to the OP73 , TRASFER mode doesn’t change to START mode and when I select START mode , the OP73 it show Error.​

Do you think the problem from MPI cable or version OP73?​

because I have OP73 V 1.4.0.02.​

MPI cable(RS485) is : 3 to 3​

8 to 8​

5 to 5​

4 to 4​
