Migration SY/MAX to Siemens S7

I'm looking for software tool to convert the SY/MAX PLC program to Step 7. (The tool what I'm looking for is like a tool in Siemens Simatic software can convert Step5 project to Step7 easily).
I'm not so sure anyone devenlope this kind of tool or somebody experience for migrate SY/MAX to S7 also welcome your opinions.
