Hi i'm a student and need help to practice HMI + plc connection

HMI : Kinco MT4300C
PLC : Delta 14SS2T

I want to set Decimal 4 to PV of Counter C10

CNT C10 D100

On HMI i'm setting :

Write address is : D100

type of value is BDC or BIN not Decmal. So how I can set decimal value on Couter from HMI. pls help
