EZ-Automation hmi cable help

Hi all,

we have an ez-automation EZ-T10C-F touchscreen that is on its last leg.
the boss bought the software and we thought we had a cable but don't.
does anyone know the programming cable number and maybe the pinout diagram?
our laptop is a dell, windows 10 pro, serial port, and usb ports. we want to download the program asap before the unit totally dies.

We sell a EZ-PGMCBL USB version, I dont know what the 'P' stands for in the EZP thats on the PDF
