Which signals do I have to use to get data from camera. For example camera detects a defect and sends signal to controller.

Looks like the options there are 24v power (pins 7+8), RS232 (pins 2+3) and then digital I/O.
You'll get the most information using a CM 1241 with RS232, or just use the ethernet cable and talk to it via Profinet.
