S7-200 recovery program from eeprom

The eeprom loads the program to the PLC (see attached 'Restoring the Program and Memory with a Memory Cartridge' for method), you then unplug the eeprom and you can recover the program from the PLC. I don't think there was ever a separate eeprom programmer. S7-200 manual here:
