I have a RAC6182 - Touchpanel with Window CE 3.0 not booting.
Power is ok. Unit responds in Debug mode when J2 put in 1-2.
connected a Terminal on COM2, getting garbadge. I tried all
baud rate but no meanning full data. I got recovery CD, hope
that once i install OS on PC cards, system may boot with PC card
as DOC may be corrupted. Anyone can help me to recover this
