PowerFlex 755 -No movement when commissioning direction test and auto tune?

Good Afternoon ,

I am commissioning a PowerFlex 755 , and I entered the motor data. I am at the stage of "Motor Test" direction test and auto tune. I cannot get any motor movement. What could be the cause ?

What current is the motor pulling during the test? Are you sure motor wiring is correct? Is there a contactor or disconnect after the drive?

What does the drive say the state is when you press the start button? Is it Stopped, Stop Asserted, Not Enabled, etc?

It sensed a short on T2 going to the motor.

Is it a new motor? I'd check the wiring to make sure someone didn't make up the motor leads wrong. Never assume anything.
