Got this as a private message. Could have sworn I saw this posted yesterday or this morning, but I can't find it to answer it there.
Anyway, my InTouch SQL skills are rusty so I did not answer, but I will since it was sent to me directly.
Yes, this can be done, but if you have other means I would use those. To do it from InTouch I would create a stored procedure to trigger the data transfer. Also, the MS Access table would be mapped as a linked server from within SQL Server so that you can access it and manipulate the data as if a native SQL Server database. I think you can use SQL Server Express for this but I am not sure. Then use the InTouch SQL manager scripts to be able to trigger the stored procedure.
The next option would be to use the SQL Server agent and a SSIS scheduled job to handle this for you. This MUST use SQL Server standard or above.
The third option would be to use an open source ETL (Extract Transform and Load) utility. Here is one option from Talend and I have used this several years ago and it worked well. You mileage may vary.

The SQL job involves "copy recent records from MS Access DB table to SQL DB table"
