That's 120 VAC, single phase input with three-phase output. The OP wants to run a single phase motor.

Interesting. More details please. What model PowerFlex? How did you wire it up? What is the application? What type of motor? What's the low-end performance?

You can run a shaded pole motor off of just about any low-end AC drive, set for pure V/Hz, that won't trip on single-phasing.

Not so with capacitor start/run/start+run motors though.
