Connecting a Micrologix 1500 to a PanelView Plus 7

I have been working on this for a while now and I can't seem to get it. I was finally able to view the 1500 on the PanelView under the serial drive in the connections. Whenever I try to run my program, while connected to the PLC, I get the error "Can't autoconfigure to COM2". I have the COM2 selected on both the PanelView and in FactoryTalk.

Any ideas on why I'm getting this error message. Thank you!
