and in express wizard i choose m340 modbus/tcp and put in it the ip add of plc

Check your port names

what is the wrong in it

Your I/O device is looking at Port2board1 and your port is Port1Board1

Perhaps the I/O device should be Port1Board1

What is the set up for the M340?
