Beckhoff IPC and Controllogix PLC

I'm trying to integrate a Beckhoff IPC with a Controllogix PLC. There is some documentation, on the Beckhoff website, on how to do a PLC-PLC comms for Beckhoff and CompactLogix but it doesnt seem to work for the controllogix.
Wondering if anyone has done this successfully? Either through produced/consumed tags or a generic ethernet module.
