6ES7623 Flash readout

I have taken a copy from the 28F010 flash chip inside a 6ES7623 OP panel, does anybody know how to get this into protool?
Data is intact as I can read the menus with a hex editor.

No, I have a broken 6ES7623 and no backup of the OP program.
Repair was no longer possible for this unit, so I have used the hot air blower to melt the flash chip off the pcb.
I read it with my galep programmer, but now I want to put the OP program back in our new 6ES7623. Perferrably w/o using the hot air blower (-;
