5069-L310ER convert to run on Emulator?

Is there a way to convert a 5069-L310ER Project to run on Logix Emulate? I tried just doing a download to the Emulator but I got an error that the controller was in the wrong slot. Then I went to convert the project over to a 5868 EmuLogix but it's not giving me that as a options in the controllers property window.

Ideas?

I'm not up on all of the latest emulation stuff going on at Rockwell, so forgive me if this is misplaced...

I do know that Rockwell has done somethin silly with changing controllers in Studio5000. While you can happily change between CompactLogix and ControlLogix (5370/5570), once you convert to the newer architecture, (5380/5580 (5069/L8x)), you cannot convert back to 5370/5570 controllers.

I only throw this out because maybe there is a similar limitation with the emulator. There is some architecure limitation that they've thrown in there. Or maybe I'm just way out there...
