Recently reinstall win7 32bit and reinstall Rslogix5000 v20 and open pre logix program, but its I/O configure display unknown 1756-EN3TR, I downloaded EDS files and 1756-EN3TR v5.08 from AB and reinstall them. when open program, it still displays unknown.
who know why and reasons.
any help is appreciate!

^....EDS files are for linx only. You need the AOP for RSLogix 5000 to recognize ENxT and TR modules.

Yes but does your ent3r have firmware 10 loaded in it or an earlier version? AOPs aren't accumulative...they don't have all the prior revisions...they are specific to the firmware revision in the module.

I download aop for 1756-enxtr version 10. and installed, still unknown. and another laptop can display that it is v10.01. but this laptop can't display
Did you try rebooting your laptop? Usually you don't need to do that, but you can try it.

If the difference is just the minor revision, you'd have to see the module on the I/O tree. Then you can select the compatibility mode in the module properties.

TN575816 Add-On profile (AOP) for 1756-EN2T series D, 1756-EN2TR series C, 1756-EN3TR series B (Access Level: Everyone)
