Upload from PLC (s7-1200 version 3.0) to PG/PC

Hello members,

I have Siemens S7-1200 PLC (CPU 1214C AC/DC/Rly version 3.0) and I want to get backup from it. I know how the procedure works. I have to have TIA portal of the same version that was used to upload program to PLC. When i tried to upload device as new station, I got the error as shown in attached picture. I read somewhere that not only TIA has to be of the same version but firmware needs to be above 3.0. Can that be the case? Can someone explain why i am facing this error.
