Transferring program from one Siemens OP17 to another. Help! (cable/software

A client just called and asked about transferring a program from one of their op17 to another. The current one has a 'bad button'.. but they don't have the program on their other one.

I'd love to help them out, and learn something in the process.

Can anyone give me a quick summary of what I need to do this?

If you still have the original project, you can download it again with ProTool.

If you do not have that you could try to make a backup and restore it on the "new"OP17 by using ProSave. I never tried it with an OP17 before, but it should work.
