SLC 500 Battery expired not EEPROM

1.) ROM/RAM FLASH MEMORY: The SLC500 RAM battery lasts (2) years as I recall. On a non-EEPROM memory - if the battery is not replaced and the PLC is powered down, does the processor lose all of its memory?

2.) How can you verify the date a program was written if it was saved with no changes made: meaning the last date changes were made. Is there a tracking log?

3.) Which PLC Manufactures are using Flash Memory?
