Schneider M221 program not executing

Hello All,

First time using Schneider M221 with eco structure machine expert basic v12.
Downloaded simple project in to controller without any error in to run mode. But, program is not executing (coils are not activating even if conditions are true) please advise. Only one pou is used with 4 rungs. Snip is attached. I don't thing any calling is required.

Is it configured as a continuous task? Event task?

Configured as continuous task.

End inscructions stop program. There should be only one or none end on main program.
