Does anyone have any experience in running RSLINX on Clustered Servers (2 physical Servers in High Availability Server Architecture)?

RSLINX is running DDE topics to populate an MSSQL database.

I am exploring the possibility of moving to a HA architecture for this application.

Factory Talk Gateway yes, RS-Linx Classic (a/k/a Factory Talk Linx) no.

If your devices support OPC connections via FT Gateway, that may be a better, or only, choice. It directly supports failover to a backup server.
