I've got a Powerflex 700 that doesn't like to get going in the mornings. This motor will run anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes before it just stops. No faults. Just "stopped". In the PLC program you can see it loses it's Drive status "Ready" bit. It only goes off momentarily, and comes right back, but the motor stops because of this. Has anyone seen this before?

You could try reading P932. It shows the source of the last "stop". Maybe that will give you a direction to go.
Rockwell Automation Publication 750-PM001O-EN-P, page 161.

I've found factory wiring on these that was improperly terminated and until you actually pull the wires from the IO to reland them you couldn't tell. It felt solid but was actually underneath of the clamp on not inside of it.
