Allen Bradley 1794 AENT Flex Module

Thanks for all your replies.

I have changed the Flex adapter module with a new one. No bent pins, but still the module keeps faulting.

Okie, I have monitored the status of the module in RS5000 but although the yellow exclamation marks come in my I/O tree the module properties status always shows running.

I have attached a copy of the RSNetworx file for the ethernet network.

When I get to work I will go online and get the rest of the information you have asked for.

It may be a network switch port is bogging down and then quickly coming back up. Try running a continuous ping thru the switch to the module address and look for inconsistent response times. To run the continuous ping type ping 10.64.8.103 -t at a command prompt. Control^C will stop it. If the response times jump around quite a bit or you get a few "no reply" responses then try rebooting or replacing the switch, or moving the module to an unused port.
