4-20 ma Moisture Sensor to sense the amount of moisture in dough

Good Morning ,

I have a machine that it is very important that the dough has the right amount of moisture in it. Do you folks know of any 4-20 ma moisture sensors that will detect the amount of moisture in dough that would sense about 4" to 5" away ?
