I have a tia v17 project in laptop. I prepared a PC to be used as HMI.
In Tıa projecy there is wincc advance. How can I transfer this wincc advance to my new HMI PC in runtime?

Is it possible to move the wincc runtime as offline for example copy a usb and run it in a new PC HMI?

Is this what you mean?

Copy the Generate folder to the PC you are using as HMI and have WinnCC Runtime Advanced installed on it. Then you can double click pdata.fwc or set it up for auto-start.

Watch this video in its entirety if you have time but the part relevant to your question starts at 15:40
