It most likely is a PCCC protocol issue related to the CPU memory.
You might be able to find another .RSP file which RSL5 will upload into, however, you will eventually have to download to the processor a good backup file in order to mitigate the problem.
Use the RSLinx Classic (any paid for copy- Not Lite!) Tag Upload Download Tool to keep the data tables values current.
