Greetings.
I have a project in PanelView Plus 1000, that cosist in datalogging some variables using the ActiveX object DataStorePlus. For that object to work properly and not losing any data it most be in an always active screen. The way I do this is by creating a screen and configure it on top and cannot be replace and set the screen cordinates outside of visble area.
When this first screen startup it execute a macro that change screen using the remote display control feature of HMI.
The problem I'm experiencing is that the HMI gets stuck at the first screen even if the macro is executing.
I've done several tests and have found these elements:
1. The macro is executing because I can see the remote display control tag changing in the PLC.
2. When I simulate the HMI program it works all fine.
I'm thinking of a possible solution a firmware update, but I have no idea the source of this problem. I would appreciate if someone could help.
