What is the memory size for Siemens Simatic s5-100u-cpu 103?
part no: 6es5103-8ma03

Is the memory for logic seperate from memory for data?
What is the programming software for this PLC?

In the siemens website, i couldn't find this info.

THANKS

The internal RAM for this CPU is 20Kbytes. The programming software is called Step5.

The image posted by Cagliostro means that each statement needs 2 bytes of memory.
10240statements x 2bytes = 20Kbytes of memory.
